cat feather cat toys
I bought a few toys at the Town Square for my cats: a feather toy, a fisher toy, and one of those "punching" toys that stick out from the wall. When I try to play with my cats, though (by making my character "Dangle" a toy for a cat), he won’t do it. I’ve tried to have him give the toy directly to the cat from my Inventory, but that doesn’t work, either. What am I missing?
Your cat just doesn’t want to play
BTW, the sims 2 pets for pc is 10 times better

My kitten loves playing with a long stick with green and yellow feathers on it! He will play with it for hours! He has other toys, but this is his overall favourite! What is your cat’s favourite toy?
Hi, my beloved cat who is my best friend, past away recently. Her favourite toy was this little yellow duckling which cheeped. She used to think it was her kitten and carry it around in her mouth, lick it clean and fall asleep together- it was so sweet.

Just wondering.
For instance, feather toys for cats and raw hides for dogs.
Or do u give them plastic or cloth toys and Greenies.
What I mean is buying the toys. I’m sure there r vegan toys for pets out there.
I didn’t mean turning the animal into a vegan. That’s unhealthy, and I don’t even want to get into that.
I’m sure they avoid buying any form of animal products if they can. So when it comes to toys (not food or treats). The answer is YES =) They buy toys made of fabrics and synthetics. Vegans also know what the best diet is for their pets (animal proteins), so they will make that exception for their cat or dog.

…Is that bad? I tried pullng it out of his mouth but he freaked out and by the time I got him calmed down enough to open his mouth again he’d swallowed it.
Anyone else have this happen? I threw out the toy, I’m not going to buy those again yikes.♦
Yeah, I don’t buy those toys with feathers either. It should pass though. When a cat eats a bird, they normally ingest feathers along with the bird. Even though this feather may have been larger than a normal sized feather on a regular bird, the cat should be fine. I’d just watch out for it in his poop. Normally, I believe, waste is eliminated no more than 12 hours after eating.

My cat is strictly an indoor cat due to my living location as well as his severe allergy to bees (yes cats can have that deadly allergy too). My problem is that he gets incredibly bored inside, and then gets destructive & very vocal. I’ve bought every toy I can find, I’ve tried rolled up foil balls, toilet rolls, ping pong balls, string with feathers on the end etc etc. He gets tired of them all. Has anyone got any suggestions for toys they have made or any household objects they’ve found that keep their cats occupied for more than a few minutes?
I’ve answered this question a few times, and I’ve had the same problem with my indoor cat becoming bored: there are alot of things I do to keep him active (obesity is so common in indoor cats and I’d do anything to keep him from that kind of problem):
1- I have him leash trained so I can walk him everyday (he’s got a few friends at the dog park)
2- I have window perches for him so he can see outside (I also put bird baths and bird feeders outside to attract some wildlife and give him something to watch)
3- I put about a quarter of his food for the day in his bowl, the rest of his food gets hidden around the house so he can "hunt" for it
4- I rotate his toys (removing an old toy and giving it back to him a few days later makes him regain interest in his old toys)
5- the toys that he has are all interactive, that way they move/sound like a mouse or a bird would and get him interested in them
6- every once in awhile I’ll bring home a cardboard box or paper bag for him to explore and he can have alot of fun with that for a few days
7- cat nip once or twice a week seems to keep him happy, however some cats aren’t effected by catnip
8- when the bathtub is dry, I put a ping-pong ball in there for him to chase
9- I tend to hide his toys, it interests him more when he finds them on his own then when I just hand them to him
10- letting water drip in the sink seems to entertain him

really, I’ve found from my own experiences with past cats that the easiest way to make them happy is to embrace their "hunter’s instinct" and give them things to hunt in the house; that’s why I hide my cats food and toys for him to find on his own. Hope This Helps And Good Luck!

My cat likes a feather on string toy that I drag across the floor for her to chase.

Toy mice she has dozens with no tails, rolled up socks that she carries around the house and meows at the top of her lungs. yarn she just loves to play with it when i am knitting. But her most favorite is me. she loves to run around the house like crazy kitty and i chase her, then she chases me and when she catches me I stoop down and she jumps up on my shoulders and then its purr time then bed time.

Do you find it amusing to corner a non-cat person and force them to look at your cat’s Catster page or hear darling stories about how your cat swats at feather toys? Have you mastered the art?
I just made my boss who hates cats look at kittenwar.com with me for a half hour and even made him vote on some!
Or delighted them with the real cat-hair sweater you knitted by hand from all of the mounds of cat hair you collected over the past 4 years, complete with a matching scarf and pom-pom mittens?
