It’s not uncommon for siblings to not get along. It may get better as they get older or after they have been "done" but like humans, sometimes they just don’t get on.
My mum and I had a pair of female kittens from the same litter and they were and still are like chalk and cheese. We ended up splitting them up because they couldn’t get on, even after 2 years. One of them bullied the other one and was very much the alpha cat!

My cat had kittens! They’re so cute! ^.^
But she moved them to the back of the garage where boxes and rolled up curtains and stuff are, but now we can’t get them out! What should we do?
Your cat is just doing what nature tells her to do. She is trying to protect her babies. Clean the garage so you can get to the kittens, but limit your time with them. They need to be socialized, but she needs to feel like they are safe and secure. Give her a nice box with some towels or blankets for bedding, and put a bowl of fresh water nearby. Please take the advice of the previous poster and have her spayed ASAP. Millions of innocent cats and kittens are murdered every year in the US because there are not enough homes for them. People who love animals have their female pets spayed.
