i have 5 week old Persian kittens….is there a way to clean thier eyes(WELL really the fur by the eye)where it’s normally discolored or just a build-up of GOOP??!!!it’s hard to the touch and i don’t just want to use a tissue…is there a better way????thanx sooooo much! L
Persians are very prone to eye discharge and discoloration of the fur around the eye due to the pushed in face appearance so cleaning will be required.
use a hospital quality cotton wool, so not to allow fibres into the eye causing irritation. wet with warm water and ring out until damp.
this is adequate to do the trick and what we do in veterinary centres.
if the eye membrane is red, inflammed, the nictating membrane (third eyelid) is across the eye or discolored discharge is present this could be infected or other so seek veterinary advise and a check up first.

They have been together for like all there life and they still wont have kittens. the girl has gone in and out of heat and not has been out for a good 3 months and i know she is not pregant!! Y is this happening?
Take them to the vet and have them checked out. Talk to a knowledgeable Persian breeder and see what they have to say.

Personally I would never recommend bathing a cat if it is ot for medicinal reasons.
Bathing can be quite traumatic to you and especially the cat.
Cats are great self groomers.
Long haired cats do need to be brushed frequently but other than that they are self sufficient.
Avoid getting bit and upsetting your cats world. Don’t bathe just brush.

they eat custard, icecream, anythink that im eating is it ok for them
Bad idea, milk products hurts cats stomach. also the salt & other spices are hard on their kidneys. If you want your cats to stay healthy with no health problems, you had better stop doing that. they just need cat food..
